Introductory conversation
Once we receive your enquiry, we will contact you personally. During an initial conversation, we will discuss your expectations, your current situation and any questions you may have.

Medical assessment
If SURAMOON appears to be a suitable fit, a medical and psychotherapeutic assessment will follow. We will review potential contraindications and other factors relevant to safe participation.

Confirmed registration
A binding registration takes place only after this assessment. Until then, your enquiry remains entirely non-binding.

Does my enquiry commit me to anything?
No. Your initial enquiry is non-binding and does not constitute registration. A binding registration takes place only after the introductory conversation and the medical and psychotherapeutic assessment.
What is included in the price?
The price is €3,800 per person. This includes accommodation, all meals, the complete retreat programme, the excursion to Catania and transfers to and from the airport. Only your flights to and from Sicily are excluded from the retreat price.
How large is the group?
The retreat takes place in a small group of 8–12 participants. This allows us to provide individual support to each person throughout the week.
Where does the retreat take place?
SURAMOON takes place at Villa Aranjaya, a private country estate in eastern Sicily, on the Plain of Catania in the municipality of Scordia, surrounded by orange groves and overlooking Mount Etna.
Who will support us during the retreat?
Bettina Rashidi-Sangsari, a specialist in internal medicine, provides medical care and supervision and is responsible for the ketamine-assisted sessions. Julia Nürnberger, a psychologist (M.Sc.), supports psychotherapeutic preparation, individual and group processes, and the integration of participants’ experiences.
How long does the retreat last?
The next retreat takes place from 6 to 13 March 2027. It lasts eight days: arrival on the first evening, six days of activities centred on the four elements and an excursion to Catania, followed by departure after breakfast on the final day.
